Operation Photo Rescue
If you’re proud of your digital image restoration chops, do a good deed and volunteer with Operation Photo Rescue (OPR). Its mission is to “repair photographs damaged by unforeseen circumstances such as house fires and natural disasters at no cost to the people who own them.”
Once you fill out the volunteer application form, you’ll hear back from OPR within two to three days.
For much more information, see the Operation Photo Rescue Web site.
