Fillable pdf with variable page flow?

      I’m creating a long (25+ pages) fillable pdf form in InDesign, with the fillable fields added or tweaked in Acrobat. But client wants to have fillable fields that can expand vertically as required, thus changing the page flow and adding pages to the document as needed. To my best knowledge, this is impossible – they would have to go to an online form instead. Has anyone else ever run into this? Is there a way to meet their request with an InDesign -> Acrobat work flow?

      I don’t think InDesign –> Acrobat could do this. I don’t recall ever seeing a form field automatically expand in a PDF. Not saying it can’t be done in Javascript, but… maybe check with the folks at pdfscripting.com?
