I’m exporting an ID CC document to reflowable ePub. It contains several images, some of which have text wrap, which I specify in Object Export Options/Custom Layout to float right or left. Other images span the width of the page. These I specify (under Custom Layout/Alignment and Spacing) as centered. The ones that span the width of the page change in size with the page size (like if I hold the iPad in landscape orientation to view a two-page spread, then turn it to portrait to view a single page).
The problem is all of the images that float are very small and do not get larger as the page size increases. Each is grouped with a caption, which, as small as the image is, is very hard to read. It doesn’t matter if I specify Size/Relative to Text Flow or Size/Fixed under Custom Rasterization in Object Export Options, the images and their captions remain tiny. The only way to have the images appear in their actual size (and change with page size) is to not float them. I am not choosing a different image size setting in the export dialog. It doesn’t matter if I export as ePub 2.0.1 or 3.0. Is this just the way things are or am I doing something wrong?
