My company’s software ‘CircularFLO’ will now convert PDFs to Fixed Layout EPUB3 and KF8. More info on that here https://www.circularflo.com/instructions/#pdf_tools

You will need the latest update from here https://circularflo.com/update/ to access these new tools.
