Create PDF of select pages from InDesign file based on content

      Wondering if anyone can recommend a script or software solution that would give us the ability to pdf only select pages of an InDesign file.

      Scenario
      -A large (200-300) page InDesign file that has content specific to select areas of the country
      -Without manually splitting the InDesign file or PDF based on the areas of the country, we want to split based on unique identifiers on each page that indicate the area of the country.
