Help…added new item to menu

      Hi, I was trying to add a new script to ID CS4 (I’m on Win8.1). I never could get the script working, but along the top of my program where it says File Edit Layout Type Object….I now have the word Jacket, which I added somehow. It doesn’t actually do anything except irritate me, but where do I find the folder this would be in so I can delete it?

      Sorry. This is not an area I have any knowledge about. So if you’re kind enough to help me, please type slowwwwlyyy so I’ll understand.
