Automate open and export an indesign file

      Hi guys,

      We have a repetitive task to do which is quite tedious: every night we receive a bunch of indesign files via FTP. And when we come in the morning one person has to go one by open, opening them and exporting it to HTML5 and HPUB using in5 add on (https://ajarproductions.com/pages/products/in5/?ref=footer)

      This is literally what needs to be done.

      I was wondering if there is some kind of automation in InDesign so a process could call a script in indesign that does all that work for each file and finishes.

      This way the guy in charge can get his coffe in the morning without having to process 10 to 30 files first :)

      I suggest contacting Justin at ajar productions and asking how much it would cost to write a custom script to do this. Should be very possible.

      What are you doing with the HTML files that you export with in5? I am just curious.
