    Hello Sir,

    In Indesign cs6, with Inches unit, we are writing a Paper book of java programming. It will have 250–300 Pages. Please tell that Whether the following Page Layout settings are fine?. If not, please recommend yours experienced ones: –

    Facing Pages – On

    Width – 7.00
    Height – 9.50

    Orientation – Portrait

    Columns – 1
    Gutter – default = 0.1667

    Margins: –
    Top – 1
    Bottom – 0.8
    Inside – 1.1
    Outside – 0.5

    All Four Sides Bleeds – 0.25
    Slug – 0

    The values all depend on the design of the book. There is no correct answer. I suggest finding a book designer who can help design the book with you.
