    I get many word documents from different collaborators. When importing them into InDesign, sometimes brings me RGB colors in Swatches

    Is there any way to avoid this?

    Great question. Probably no way to avoid it unless you remove the colors in Word. If the colors are in Word's paragraph styles, then you could use Style Mapping to map those styles to your own styles… but usually those colors are applied as local formatting, so it is hard to avoid.

    Thank you David.

    I was thinking about it and I decided to delegate this task to the editors. They receive and check spelling and grammar of the word documents.
