Reply To: PDFs are killing my printer

Hi,

Yes, in InDesign I export to PDF.

Then from an Adobe Acrobat Reader, I File->Print to the printer.

I understand, from internet sleuthing, that lots of printers can have problems printing some PDFs, in fact a printer guy here just said 2 other printers had the same problem recently, but I need to know if there is something I can change in the way I create the PDF in InDesign to avoid this issue, or am I at the mercy of printer drivers and printer hardware issues.
