Double Page Spread images

      Hi, when creating a double page spread, I have one single image that is sized to fit across both pages (say page 2 and page 3).

      Do I place the image once on page 2 and size it over both pages? or do I have to place the image again for page 3, sizing/cropping both versions of the image accordingly so their relative halves match? – Thanks
