      Hi

      (in CS5)

I typed some special nouns in my document (e.g Frodo, Gandalf, Sauron, Darth Vader, Han Solo, and so on!) Naturally InDesign doesn’t like movies such as me so it decides to place red lines under these kind of words/nouns to warn me to correct or add them to its dictionary.

I go to Edit > Spelling > Dictionary and click Import button and add a text file includes nouns/words that I use in my document and then click on Done button in Dictionary dialog box to get rid of the red lines but nothing happens and the red lines also remain, Why? I expect InDesign removes the red lines under my nouns after the operation.

I import my custom words until when I type and paste the special words (such as a screenplay or novel) doesn’t place the red lines under my words by InDesign.

With/without import special words through Edit > Spelling > Dictionary > Import button; I have to right-click on my words and add it to “User Dictionary” option while I chose “User Dictionary” option of Target pop-menu in Dictionary dialog box. Would please to help me if I mistook and wrong do it? If not; it is a real challenging to add a numerous words to add into a document by right-click, I like my forefinger!

      Thanks

      Masoud
