Hyperlinking graphical chapter titles to the TOC

I've searched high and low for an answer to this but to no avail. I want to create an epub/mobi of my novel in InDesign CS5.5. I'll use images instead of text for my chapter headings. How can I get my custom TOC and navigational TOC to hyperlink to my graphical headers?

I thought about creating hidden text and hyperlinking to that or some such, but I thought there would probably be an easier way. Anyone have any ideas or run into this issue before?

      Thank you!

This is actually possible, right? *bites nails*

Okay, here's what I've come up with: I type out a textual chapter title, then anchor the graphical title under it so everything flows together. I export to epub. In Sigil or TextWrangler, I insert this code around the textual title:

< span style=”display: none;”>This text will be invisible.</span > (You have remove the spaces before and after the <> symbols.)

I have no idea how to link a TOC to graphical titles directly in InDesign. Everything I've tried has failed. But this inline CSS span works beautifully, so I'm glad I found that workaround. Whew!
