    Is there any character attribute that will allow the character to break over a line but not over a frame? I'd like to keep certain text together in one frame of the thread as the text flows.

    I don’t think there’s a character attribute. But why you don’t use the paragraph attribute of ‘keep lines together’ or the paragraph starting position? Or do I miss understand you?

    I want to be able to use it as a GREP style, so that text which matches a certain pattern never breaks between pages (though it can break over lines).
