Adding text to master page item

      On a page using a master page as a template I am unable to enter text into a frame (empty) that is a master page item. What to I click on to make the frame active?

      You can cmd-shift or ctrl-shift click on it, or just use the Place cursor (if you're using file > place) to click on it.
