In general, people usually just create the artwork on the page, draw trim marks around it and duplicate the whole thing. (For example, Option/Alt-Shift-drag to duplicate exactly down the page.

You can use the CropMarks.jsx script in the Scripts panel to create the crop marks for you if you have a single frame the size of the final artwork. Just select that and run the script by double-clicking on it.

Or am I missing something?
