For Normal FIND CHANGE

It does work if you check the Include Locked Layers and Include Locked Stories!

BUT it comes back with a warning that it's “on a locked layer” which it isn't

Which might be a clue to how Locked Stories are now treated in CS5

For GREP Find/Change

And also very interesting that if you use the GREP search and have both the Include Locked Layers and Locked Stories selected it will highlight the text.

But you cannot perform any sort of change.

But this is documented in the Tool Tip for the Include Locked Stories and Locked layers as “Find Only”

Still – it's a pain in the bee-hind!

I'd say it's a bug.
