You know there is a keyboard shortcut for loading the Find Change box with text and finding next – it's Shift F1

Select some text and fress Shift F1 it's copied to the Find Change panel and finds the next instance, then Alt Ctrl F will find next – no  need to open the panel at all.

Load Find and Find Next instancet: Shift+F1
Load Find with selected text: Ctrl+F1
Load Replace with selected text: Ctrl+F2

In the Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts it's located under

Product Area:

Text and Table

Load Find….

So you can add your own keyboard shortcut
