Yes, exactly. The color pad is an image block on a layer separate, and behind the text block holding the white chapter number. That image block only shows a defined portion of a larger image. I’ve made it that way so I can control the complete gradient as a single image externally. Though I can’t see why this would provoke that kind of malfunction.
