Import an entire pdf using master pages

      I’m trying to 2 up documents that come to me in an odd sized pdfs. I have set up a master page/spread to use with the pdf placement so that it will optimize the paper and allow the document to stay in the original size. I have to trim these documents and try to make that process as painless as possible. Up to this point I have been placing the whole document twice, page by page. Unfortunately some of the documents are several hundred pages long. I have the Multipageimporter script which works great if the original doc is 5.5 x 8.5, but many of my docs are 5.25 x 7 or 4.25 x 8. Is there a script that will work like the Multipageimporter script but use my master page/spread?
