I’m sure this has been addressed before, but I couldn’t find it. I know I can use a SHIFT TAB to force all remaining space on a line to go between two blocks of copy. But is there a way to do that between more than TWO blocks of copy and have equal amounts of white space between all the columns? i.e., COL.1 ####COL.2 LONGER####COL.3####COL.4. I also know I can use tables to do this, but was hoping there was a quicker way since I only need it for one line.

      Hi Brenda,

you can use “Justify all lines”.

I’d thought of that, but it works on every word space and sometimes I want a phrase to stay together. But I did find the answer when I started digging deeper. Flush Space. Then it equally disperses the phrases and doesn’t care about word spaces. Thanks for getting me thinking again.

Flush Space is the trick or go the other way: If you have only two words that should stick together > Nonbreaking Space (Fixed Width).
