Connect with Photoshop & Lightroom Product Teams Online

Press Release
Adobe announced the integration of Get Satisfaction customer community and interaction software support on Photoshop.com, adding a deeper layer of engagement through the collection of real-time feedback and requests for the entire Adobe Digital Imaging family of products – Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Extended, Photoshop Elements, Lightroom, Photoshop.com and the Photoshop Express applications for Web and mobile devices.
Get Satisfaction support on Photoshop.com lets users discuss topics of interest, directly offer feedback on products and Adobe policies and report customer support issues. It also creates an environment to easily ask questions, suggest features for future product versions, and share information with others about any Photoshop product.
“We have such a passionate community of users and they wanted a place to congregate and be heard,” says Jordan Davis, senior product manager for mobile imaging at Adobe. “This new integration not only gives our customers a direct link to our product teams, but it also allows them to support each other through real-time discussion and information sharing. Customer input matters and we’re looking forward to this kind of interaction.”
In addition, Photoshop.com recently introduced a new profile page, which lets users share more detailed information about who they are and what interests them. The profile pages inspire and foster deeper community interaction. With the enhanced galleries, users can choose an album to feature in an interactive preview at the top of the gallery page, as well as show thumbnails of the first five images in each of their other albums.
